The company, in its sole discretion, may not approve, renew, modify, cancel or rescind a policy, or it may modify the rates and the deductible thereof, in those cases in which the insured lives in a country that is under embargo or sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the United States and/or authorities of the United Kingdom, or if an Insured is in any of the lists of persons sanctioned by OFAC.
Marketing of certain products may be subject to an additional Agent/Producer agreement, with specific terms and/or requirements.
